We’ve been given an opportunity to modernizing and managing the IT infrastructure of a Malaysian automotive components manufacturer. They decided to move their data and SAP from on-premise to cloud.
Since many industries in Malaysia are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to remediate robust yet affordable solutions to fit their budget. We also need to make sure the data is safely migrated and well managed to ensure fast action if any unexpected issues happened.
We performed SAP cross-platform migration to the Hosted Private Cloud
and ensured it is safe with data protection and disaster recovery. To make sure the client can have incidents taken care of and be notified of issues immediately, we implemented real-time monitoring of the critical system and networking through Virtual NOC to 12 sites network connectivity. So the instant a problem arises, we can report it to the client to address it through proper channels.
